Hey, everybody. My name is Andy Terrell and I live in Bowling Green, Kentucky where I was born and raised. Not too much in my life to be excited about from all appearances, just a fairly simple and somewhat mediocre life. Some may even call it lackluster!

I’m an accountant and have been for the last 6 years of my life. You know, getting caught up in the corporate world can make you feel like a veritable zombie sometimes. You start setting aside your own hopes and aspirations for the ideals of another person of more specifically another authority and more or less slowly dwindle away mentally until you’re just another number on a page.

I honestly feel like that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not actually saying that it should be this way. What I mean is that somebody somewhere wants us to end up like this.

You see, if I was going to rule the world and keep everybody under my thumb I’d do just a few things in a very specific manner.

  1. I’d keep them afraid of the outside world by showing constantly violent headlines on the news so instead of venturing out and seeing things for the way they really are, the good little citizens would stay at home. And watching my television.
  2. I’d keep them all relatively poor, and needing to finance everything just to buy the basic necessities of life, such as a home and a car.
  3. I’d make sure that the school system was just enough to get them by, so that they would waste the years of their life chasing shadows.

Wait a minute, this all sounds so familiar… Does it not? That’s what were here to discuss, ladies and gentlemen. Call me a cynic if you want, I don’t mind. I call myself lucid. Lucid and more than just a little bit jaded. Jaded of this “loser lane” that the authorities in our lives seem to want to keep us on.

So clear your mental hard drives, and let’s initiate some new downloads in our mental computers.

Let’s create the new average together.
